This project involved the addition of an upper bedroom level in a full length attic configuration as well as  internal renovations and a new front incuding Carport, Veranda and Main Entry.

GORDON RESIDENCE  II

This project was undertaken in 3 progressive stages :

The original house was a modest single storey, slate roofed residence. The first stage involved the addition of an upper Main Bedroom level with details and fenestration modelled on the original lower level.

The second stage involved the addition of a new double Garage and loft over ( not shown ).

The third stage included a new Carport /  Port Cochere, front Entry Porch  and Family Room addition at the rear

BATHURST FARMHOUSE RENOVATION

This project involved an extensive re-working of a small federation cottage set on 25 acres.

The additions included a doubling of floor space and all round verandas. The additions featured a large sunny country style Kitchen / Family / Dining area, pictured here. Period details were added tying new works to the original.
