QUALIFICATIONS
Our principal, JOHN ADAMEITIS graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from UNSW in 1971.
He is a registered architect, and a Fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
He is also a listed Conservation Architect with the NSW Heritage Office.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
After working in the UK for a number of years John settled into practice in Sydney, ultimately as a director of a successful commercial firm specialising in retail design, office development and club projects for a number of major clients including Lend Lease, Civil & Civic and Penrith Leagues Club.
John set up his own practice in 1988 to concentrate primarily on private residential work for the love of it and has operated mostly as a sole practitioner in this area continuously ever since.
He is also experienced in heritage work, retirement housing, restaurant design and commercial interiors as well as an expert witness in the NSW Land & Environment Court.
